Scope of Work

Non-complying urban subdivision consent, manage project





This project involved obtaining planning consent for and managing to completion a non-complying 8 lot rural residential subdivision on the edge of Pukekohe.  Our client brought the property which she was told was ‘not subdividable’ and had been sold off by an earlier developer.  The property was a logical candiate for a subdivision however and our client chose us to attempt to obtain consent.  

The application was publicly notified and Birch Surveyors presented a submission for the subdivision at the Council hearing.

Following the hearing, the Council granted consent to the subdivision and Birch Surveyors managed the entire construction and surveying process through to completion. 

The subdivision resulted in the premium sites in Pukekohe at the time.
