We have overseen the development of many of the residential and commercial projects in the South Auckland area. Our Land development team includes specialist Engineers, Land Development Surveyors, and Land Development Project Managers. Their Engineering skills, awareness in creating positive environmental developments and commercial acumen ensure our clients projects have successful outcomes.
Our Engineering team involve themselves in all aspects of Land Development from preliminary feasibility assessments through to final design, construction supervision and provision of as-built data.
Most urban projects have components of 3 Waters, Earthworks, and Roading. Our Engineering team works collaboratively with Council Engineers to find acceptable designs that provide positive outcomes for our clients.
