Enquiry levels have started quite high which is not uncommon for this time of the year. This year will see the continuation of some major projects throughout the Franklin area, and as a result of last year’s developments, a high level of building going on.

I continue to post these articles on our website www.birchsurveyors.co.nz/about-us/news so if there are any historic articles of interest, visit our site. Our website is actively managed and regularly upgraded and refreshed. This is done primarily to provide reliable information to the public on land development issues.

Since late November we have been providing three University students with holiday employment. This meets their requirements for relevant work experience as part of their courses, as well as providing income to meet the costs of attending University during the year. For the company, the new ideas and enthusiasm they bring to the workplace is very positive, and also assists with our ongoing recruitment goals.

We hope all our readers have a positive and successful year.
